Using the Original Nesting Box Bend promote the natural behavior and vibrant health of chickens in the Brooder, the Coop and Nesting Boxes is easy! Our one of a kind original blend is 100% certified organic,effective and has a fresh, clean scent.

FOR NESTING BOXES and the COOP: sprinkle approximately 1/4 cup into each nesting box and in and around the coop enclosure atop straw, rice hulls, wood shavings or into the nesting material of your choice. That's it. Our blend works to keep your chickens calm and free of mites, lice, and other ickies in the nesting box.

We recommend composting Nesting Box Blends along with bedding, coop and run manure/materials. So, if you keep nesting boxes clean and free of debris - (folks, we are talking about poop here) and free of bugs, you're flock will be comfortable, healthy and vibrant. Contaminated nesting boxes are just bad, bad, bad luck.

Not intended for human consumption. These ingredients are top grade and worth giving a good sniff and clucking about. Strong herbs are not suitable for chicks under two weeks of age. Store in a cool, dry location and avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight. Do not expose to moisture. Not intended for medical use. Keep out of reach of children. Best when used within 90 days of opening package.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order in most cases.

We cannot control delays on the warehouse's part, or post office, but we do everything in our power to stay on top of orders.

Our mission is to get your products to you as soon as possible.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We generally ship to the 48 continental United States. However, some items are able to be ship worldwide and labeled as such.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Info@ThatChickenCoop.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual shipping charges.

Orders returned, for reason other than a defective item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 38% of the price of your order.

Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis to the original credit card that you used when placing your order within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges on custom built coops (for example: Little Cottage Co.). We are also not offering refunds at this time for shipment delays due to COVID-19.

Your refund is for our cost for the item only, not sales tax or shipping (which can exceed $200 for the larger chicken coops). We charge a very low shipping rate, but if you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for personal preferences (wrong size, etc).

Additionally, no refunds will be given for providing us with a wrong address if the item goes missing.

Liability

That Chicken Coop shall not be liable towards any purchaser or any third party purchaser for damages sustained, arising directly or indirectly out of any purchase of the product beyond the price paid for the product.
