Shipping & Returns
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order in most cases.
We cannot control delays on the warehouse's part, or post office, but we do everything in our power to stay on top of orders.
Our mission is to get your products to you as soon as possible.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We generally ship to the 48 continental United States. However, some items are able to be ship worldwide and labeled as such.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Info@ThatChickenCoop.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual shipping charges.
Orders returned, for reason other than a defective item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 38% of the price of your order.
Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis to the original credit card that you used when placing your order within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Your refund is for the cost of the item only, not sales tax or shipping (which can exceed $200 for the larger chicken coops).
Additionally, no refunds will be given for providing us with a wrong address if the item goes missing.
