The Little Cottage Co 6x8 Gambrel Barn features six nesting bins with an egg-laying area large enough for 8 to 12 hens. Built from solid plywood, the barn has high-quality siding and trim.There is no better way to house your feathered friends than with this barn.

A 14 x 21-inch working window with tempered glass and screens allows you to keep an eye on your chickens. A handy ramp allows the chickens to easily enter the barn. The legs of the barn feature runners for move-ability. Note to buyers, customer must purchase shingles, drip edge and paint. *This is a custom built-to-order coop.*

Liftgate service is included with this purchase. This means that upon delivery, the carrier will use a liftgate on the truck to lower your item to the ground. You will then need a dolly or handtruck, or assistance with the product from that point on. Many retailers charge for this service of getting the package off the truck or require the customer to do it themselves.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order in most cases.

We cannot control delays on the warehouse's part, or post office, but we do everything in our power to stay on top of orders.

Our mission is to get your products to you as soon as possible.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We generally ship to the 48 continental United States. However, some items are able to be ship worldwide and labeled as such.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Info@ThatChickenCoop.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual shipping charges.

Orders returned, for reason other than a defective item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 38% of the price of your order.

Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis to the original credit card that you used when placing your order within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges on custom built coops (for example: Little Cottage Co.). We are also not offering refunds at this time for shipment delays due to COVID-19.

Your refund is for our cost for the item only, not sales tax or shipping (which can exceed $200 for the larger chicken coops). We charge a very low shipping rate, but if you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for personal preferences (wrong size, etc).

Additionally, no refunds will be given for providing us with a wrong address if the item goes missing.

Liability

That Chicken Coop shall not be liable towards any purchaser or any third party purchaser for damages sustained, arising directly or indirectly out of any purchase of the product beyond the price paid for the product.
